Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Kitsunads ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Kitsunads you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kitsunads.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, misleading advertisements, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including platform policies of connected social networks
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform
• Use generated content to harass, defame, or harm any individual or group

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. One-time credit packs never expire. Pro plan credits refresh on your monthly billing date and do not roll over. Credit costs per action are displayed in your account dashboard and on the pricing page.

5. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. Content generated by AI models on your behalf is provided to you for your use, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, suitable for publication, or free of third-party intellectual property claims. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.

6. Social Media Integrations

When you connect your social media accounts, you authorize Kitsunads to post content on your behalf according to your instructions. We are not responsible for content moderation decisions, account restrictions, or policy violations imposed by third-party platforms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitsunads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
